Pricey but great quality (Mini-Boden)

I have been shopping from the Boden 'Mini' range for about 2 years now. I only shop online as we don't live near any of their stores. The clothes always arrive promptly and are nicely packaged.

The clothes are absolutely lovely. What I love most is that for girls, there is a really nice range. They do lots of nice girly dresses, and lots of less girly stuff as well in a range of colours. It's not just all pink. The clothes are very practical too. I have some lovely 'dress tops' for my daughter which are girly but still very practical for climbing and playing at the park. They also do lovely anoraks which have fleece on the inside and are lovely and warm.

The clothes are good quality and hard wearing. Apart from one pair of cord trousers for my son that didn't wash and wear well at all, everything has lasted really well. Toddlers tend to go through clothes so quickly, but I find their Boden things still look great after lots of washes.

They do a great range of things, from every day wear to party wear, shoes, swimsuits, pyjamas and accessories.

Boden things have a great resale value, so if you're into ebay you can get some of your money back once your done with the clothes.

Some of the sizing can be a bit off, I've had a few girls dresses that were too small in the chest for my fairly average sized daughter.

My only real complaint about Boden is that they send me endless catalogues. Really, I only need one at the start of each season. I think I have just had my fifth spring/summer catalogue through the door today!

Boden are at the pricier end for children's clothes, but you can usually get a discount. In fact, I would never pay full price for Boden! They are always doing money off codes to get 10-15% off, or free delivery offers. Better still, wait for the sale, as they usually have a lot of good stuff left over.

Summary: Wait for the sales!
