Advantages: Can order most things from one place

Disadvantages: Broken and missing Stock

We are expecting twins in a couple of weeks so could arrive at at anytime and instead of running trying to get the best deal we thought we get everything from mothercare, just to keep things simple, So we ordered Cots, funiture and bady monitors, 3-4 weeks ago. Then the list of problems occured.
First they cancelled the order without telling us due to the address being misspelt. Ok you may think but a simple phone called could have sorted it out. So a week wasted, until we noticed and reordered.
Another week go by and the items are ready to dispatch.
Called them to see when it was going to be delivered any day now they say.
Another week go by and still the items are ready to dispatch.

Last week the baby monitor arrived, didn't work, a replacement was sent quickly, and does work.
And then was told the items would be delivered today,
Phone call this morning, the items have been lost and the items have been discontinued. So they are cancelling the order and refunding our money. But would we like to order something else(No Thanks).
