Mothercare is a high street store aimed at mothers, children and babies. It is almost a baby superstore selling almost every product that a new mother requires. Mothercare not only have high street stores but also have online shopping and a catalogue. Gift vouchers and store cards are available.
Mothercare has a very wide range of products some of which I have listed-
Maternity Clothing & Maternity Underwear
Premature/Tiny baby and Newborn baby clothing range
Babies' clothes from 0-18 months
Girls and Boys aged 18 months to 10 years.
Boys and Girls/babies shoes
Nursery curtains/quilts/sheets etc.
Baby baths, Baby Boxes/baby Bouncers, Baby
So you can see there is very little they do not stock
My experience of Mothercare-
I purchase clothes for my daughter here and have done since she was born. I had a very small baby so for me the premature and tiny baby ranges were an absolute godsend and also (although irrelevant at the time) good value for money. I found the clothes to be very cute and pretty in lovely whites lemons and pinks. The clothes were very soft and of good quality. An average baby outfit cost approx £15 which I think is great.
I also purchased cot bed sheets and blankets from the store. They cost around £12 for a blanket and £12 for a pack of two sheets. They were soft and good quality and I am still using them. They still look like new and wash like a dream
My daughter is now almost two and wears a size 18-24 months. Again I find the range of clothes to be good quality and soft. I like the style of the clothes, they are stylish but not over trendy. An average outfit now will cost me around £20, which I still feel is good value.
I really like this store and find it to good quality and value.
Summary: Good store
