Advantages: Good Quality
Disadvantages: Pricey
Mothercare is probably the first shop which comes to our minds when pregnant, probably because of the word "Mother".
Usually the layout in mothercare shops is quite simple, Clothes for children and babies in 1 area, Toys the other side, Nursery equipment in another and Maternity Clothes in another and so on. Oh not forgetting a sale section.
To be honest it's not my favourite shop, don't get me wrong alot of their products are lovely, such as thomas the tank and bob the builder clothes, and some lovely toys, but for my budget alot of it is way too expensive. Being a single mum to twin boys who go through clothes like theres no tomorrow to walk into mothercare and just buy two tops would cost me at least £25, whereas with my budget I'd prefer to go to a shop where I can spend a tenner maybe on two perfectly good tops.
Of course though when I do get the spare money I do like to pop into Mothercare and spoil them both as much as possible as its all real good quality in there, which I think that is what Mothercare is known for, its quality. And you do have to pay for quality I suppose.
Not only can you shop in store with Mothercare, but you can shop online to.
