i am a member of staff at netto and have read all the reviews on your web page in my store we are smart happy to help any one with a question or any problem that needs attention people forget that we are a value store and dont have the staffing levels that the larger stores have we as a team are trying to save you money and with the recession on the way we all need to be saving money so the next time your in a que and theres only one till operator on try and be patient and ask nicely to see if theres another member of staff available to man a till most of us are very hard working and very concientious and actually like working for a fast paced store our staff are always on hand willing to help if you have a problem with anything
