New look is a clothes retailer located in many places all over the country. It sells male, female and teenage girls. It has an excellent repuation and the clothes are great quality. The Customer Service... New Look has a reputation of excellent customer service. They are always happy- most of the time very friendly and helpful. New Look are a major retailer of women's fashion - their main market seems to be girls between 14 and 22, but there are also items that more mature ladies might wear, as well as maternity wear, petite, Inspire for bigger sizes and childrens wear (including school uniform!). Ive really just started to notice how fantastic New Look store's and clothes really are, I think that might be because a new, improved store has recently opened in my town which is a million times better than the one we had before! A lot of people assume that because the New Look clothes are so high quality that it will be very expensive to shop there, but trust me that coudlnt be further from the truth. I am writing a review about our local New Look store which is in Gillingham High St. It is quite a big store for our small town centre and there are not many other stores selling such high fashion clothes so it is always quite busy but not so bad that you cant see the items. The store is well lit and there is plenty of room to move about amongst the rails etc even with a buggy or wheelchair. As you go in they have the mens bit on the left in a corner.
