Disadvantages: So many design and material faults

Im ussually all in favour of New Look, top fashion at good prices and i buy quite a lot of clothes from
there but I have a complain about thier shoes. I bought a pair of black velcro fastening mary janes for about 15 pounds.
They looked reasonable they didn't have too big a heel and best of all they had a good price. Within 4 weeks the soles on my new shoes
had worn down at the back and the wood on the bottom of the heel is exposed. Im getting them re-heeled this weekend but i have a feeling
that this is probably worth as much as the shoes. The shoes have also experiences scratches and grazes that have scraped through the fabric
on the inside side of the shoes. I guess this has made me decide that cheap shoes are often cheap for a reason.
