New look is a clothes retailer located in many places all over the country.
It sells male, female and teenage girls. It has an excellent repuation and the clothes are great quality.

The Customer Service...

New Look has a reputation of excellent customer service. They are always happy- most of the time very friendly and helpful. They fetch you a different size when you are in the changing room like every other shop is supposed to do and they never complain or sigh which I find is extremely rude!

The Shop Itself...

The shop is always very tidy and in order. The clothes are separted into different sections. Obviously gender categories and also inspire which is for sizes 16 or 18+ and teenage girls. There is also sections for underwear, shoes , jewellery and now- make up!

Clothing...

The clothes are of an extremely high quality and if there is ever any faults they are always happy to exchange goods. They have the latest fashions and styles.

Prices and Accesibilty...

The prices are not too bad and certainly not as expensive as River Island! You can get a nice top for around £15.00. Obviously not as cheap as Primark, but it is good value.

New Look is usually located in the larger towns and cities and sometimes in the out of town shopping centres. They are easy to access and they also have a brilliant website offering more styles and clothes!
