Advantages: Good Quality Clothing

Disadvantages: The sales aren't great

Next is one of my favourite high street shops. It caters for men, women and children and also has its home department which is useful for getting household accessories and other items such as bedding and towels. The men's section in Next sells everything from formal wear such as suits, shirts and ties, shoes and casual wear such as jumpers, jeans, T Shirts and coats. They also sell accessories such as belts and cufflinks and a small range of toiletries.

I find Next really good for most of what I have mentioned above and always go there to buy my shirts and ties for work and work shoes as the quality is very good and the prices are pretty much high street standard. There's always a good selection too! The layout is always very organised and the staff are usually very helpful. I tend to avoid Next at sale time though as it is usually hectic, crammed with people hunting for bargains, which in my opinion are never that good because they seem to bring out the old stock which has been lying in the store for a couple of years and it's never any of the decent stuff!

They also sell gift vouchers which are useful as presents and can be used for up to 2 years after the date of first purchase. On the whole I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Summary: A good shop for clothing
