Advantages: Decent sales when they have one on

Next is a store which is huge in the name and popular on the high street. Next here in Blackburn is a good store to come to because of their quality of stock in weekly. Next here has got two floors the upstairs section for women and the downstairs section for the men here.

At Next the customer service is letting the store down a lot. When shopping on the men's section for ties, shirts, t shirts and combats you get no help here. Only one lady works on the till here while no one else is in the section downstairs to help out at all. Only one fitting room is available is another common problem which happens here.

I was looking to pick up some combats here and could only find them to be priced at 45.00 and above here. The quality of the clothing on sale here was very good but the prices were simply too high.

This is the store which I do not like coming to because of their prices. If Next were to offer some better prices for the quality of their clothing I would shop with them more often. They need to offer some better deals or else less customers will turn up here all the time. One standing point for this is this a Plain top for 20 quid? You got to be kidding me!
