Advantages: Wide variety of Shirts

Disadvantages: Sometimes their clothing ranges are a bit boring

Next is a little bit like River Island but a lot more conservative and not aimed at young people as much. I have shopped in Next for years and have never had any problems however sometimes I find the clothing range a bit boring and slightly plain. One of the main things that I think they are best for is their shirts mainly formal, nearly all my shirts for work I have purchased them from Next, they are well priced and good quality and some of their larger stores offer a massive selection to choose from. They also have a home section which I have only brought a few bits from as I found it quite expensive. I have never had any problems with returning items, the customer service is very good. I don't know if they offer the service in all stores but I was once after a pair of trousers and they didn't have my size, it turned out that they could order it from the warehouse and I popped backed in a few hours and they had it ready, very good service indeed. Overall a good place to shop for all ages.
