Advantages: easy to use , great company

Disadvantages: if you dont order anything you get charged £3 for your catalogue

i have been a next online directory customer for 5 years now.. i have found their range of products to get better every year. They are not just a clothes store online, they sell everything to gardening items to delivered flowers.
I personally have ordered clothers, house hold items and my recent purchase fitted wardrobes.
I find their service excellent with even receiving a call the day prior to delivery to let me know what time they will arrive. The wardrobes itself were better than in the catalogue , which can be worrying when you havent seen them in the flesh.
Their returns service is easy and no hassle at all. I have a local agent and when im ready to return i can either call them on the number they stick to the bag the items were delivered in or log onto my account online and request a collection.. always collected within a few days to ensure returned in time.
most recently i have received a store card to accompany my online account, so if i fancy going into a store i can purchase on my store card and this will show on my online account.
My online account is safe and secure also. Next are very thorough with their log in details and when making payments online they use the VISA protect system so again no worrys there.

Summary: great online shopping store thats in the high street too
