Advantages: Facility to check alternate stores for stock

Disadvantages: Not as much hel available at busier times

I am a huge fan of Next, I can actually say alot of my clothes are purchased from here, not only do they have a facility for women the mens, childrens and home section is available in most stores. If there is ever an issue with sizes been unavailable you are more than welcome to ask a member of staff to help. They have the facility to see if they have any in stock, check other local stores to see if this item is available, also get the warehouse to send the specific item and inform you when this is ready to collect.
The changing room staff are majority of the time helpfull. If the size you try on doesn't fit alert a member of staff and they will go and get the alternate size for you. I have found that in busier times it is very hard to get the attention of a staff member, however in this time I have found it easier to just go and get the alternate size myself and then que again.
The returns policy at next is fairly standard, however if items are past the usual 28days or you have no receipt then you usually get store credit which is more than what most stores give you!
