I never really shopped at Next until I had children and then I discovered what a great shop Next is with quality clothes for all members of the family. Being a first time mum I shopped everywhere buying clothes for my new baby but after a while when your baby has worn them and you have washed them many times you begin to realise which shops sell quality items, Next is one of these shops.

Next stores can be found in most major cities and they have larger stores at retail parks. Next sells clothes for Men, Women and Children. They also sell household furniture and accessories.

If you don't want to visit the Next stores they do have a catalogue availabe, The Next Directory. I used to be a member of Next Directory and bought quite a few items from there but after a while I got fed up of paying £3.95 every six months for the catalogue when I could just go to my nearest store.

The thing I love most about Next is the childrens department, they sell really funky, cool clothes for kids. The designs are great but more importantly so is the quality. I have three boys and some of the items I have bought from Next has been worn by all three of them. I would never save any clothes my eldest has worn unless they are still in really good condition. The clothes from Next just wash and wear so well and I think I'd be daft to throw them away when they are still in good enough to be worn by others.

One thing that is strange about Next Childrens clothing is the sizing. They are very generous sizes and none of my boys have ever wore the size they should be. My 3 year old can still fit into Next clothes sized 18 to 24 months. This can be a little annoying when trying to buy clothes for your children.

The sizing issue seems to be the same throughout the store though. I am normally a size 10 but with Next clothes I buy a size 8 and I love it, as a woman it is always great to buy clothes in a smaller size.

Since I have started shopping there for my boys I too also buy clothes from Next and again I think they are great quality with up to date fashions. I know you could get clothes cheaper elsewhere but what is the point if you're constantly replacing them because they are poor quality.

I really like Next, the majority of my boy's wardrobes are filled with Next clothes and when I occassionally stop spending on them and treat myself I too will buy clothes from Next. Strange sizing but great quality clothing that lasts for years.

Summary: I love Next
