No Idea About Customer Care - Advantages: none - Disadvantages: Don't get your goods, On stop with suppliers

On the 30/05/01 my partner and me went to get a house warming present for a good friend so we went to Northern electricity as we walked around we were dived on by two members of staff (who very quickly went away when we said we didn’t want any help) After a couple of minutes we found a very nice coffee maker at £15.00 so we ask the assistant if they had any, when he came back after a good five minutes he say no that’s all that’s left and it didn’t even have a box after giving it a good looking at we found it was so dirty you could write you name in the muck on it so when we asked if they could knock anything off the price he snapped no ...  Read the complete review

I would advise against anybody buying from Northern Electric retail. I bought a dishwasher last year, when I got it home the waste pipe was damaged. It leaked water into my undersink cupboard. I phoned the shop at Teesside Park immediately and they assured me that a new pipe was on it's way. Fortunately I was able to administer a temporary fix to the offending pipe. This was just as well because the new pipe didn't arrive for two months. Obviously during this time there were numerous phone calls, faxes, shop visits, buck passing and assurances.
