Newest Review: ... the high street costing between £30 and £35 each and I got almost identical ones in Penneys for £12 to £15 each. They do mens sports t-shirts for £4 really terrific quality again washing no problem at all. The children’s wear is lovely, the baby stuff brand is Early Days and I got a gift for a friends new-born for £4.50 and it didn’t say Penneys on it so she never knew I had got it so reasonable. So if you are ever in S. Ireland have a gander through one of these shops and buy loads but spend very little. ... more

Penneys stores are in Southern Ireland and I wish they were all over the country. I know there is one in Letterkenny and another in Dublin and I also know that in all the major shopping centres you will find them. They offer quality clothes and housewares at a very low price. I have bought amazing soft fluffy bath towels costing only £3 or £4 each (sterling) and they wash great. I have also bought tons of clothes at a ridiculous price, I had looked at these tops in the high street costing between £30 and £35 each and I got almost identical ones in Penneys for £12 to £15 each. I don't know if there are many dooyoo members in the Republic of Ireland, but I shall write this anyway! Penneys is an absolutely excellent shop, with prices that are way way under the rest of the high street shops. I buy almost all my baby daughter's clothes from there, and I save a fortune. Dresses are usually priced at around £4 sterling, T-shirts £2, shorts £2, shoes £3 - you get the idea. Not only are they very cute, there are a lot of original styles to be found there, too. The quality is good, maybe not quite as good as the more expensive brands, but when you only expect them to last a few months anyway I don't think that's too ...  Read the complete review
