Ordered several items from this company, 10 days later still no goods, received a letter from them stating there was a problem with the card....I expected the goods a week before and they tell me the payment hasn't gone through! now if I was awaiting general items fair enough, but one of the items was for a bannister guard which I am desperate for, each day I don't have it my son is at risk! So I re-submit my order (which was £5 more expensive 2nd time round!!) using a different card, well a week later still no goods.....I have ordered with them on several ocasions but I wont be doing it again!!! Ordered stuff for holiday 23-11-03. Apparently all goods available on website that I wanted. Used track order system on evening of 24-11-03. Nothing had happened and nothing had been processed. Phoned company first thing 25-11-03 to be told order hadn't been keyed in yet. Went through internet order again to be told several things were actually out of stock so I had to change colours of various. I have been a customer of PHP Baby for almost a year now. The products that I have purchased have always been delivered promptly, the customer service staff have always been helpful, and the prices are reasonable, too. On one occasion, the product that I wanted wasn't in the updated catalogue. I faxed a lettter through to PHP asking if the product was still available, or if they knew where else I might be able to find it. I received no reply that day, but in the evening (9 pm) I received a telephone call from a member of staff. well I was very pleased with the speed of the service and accuracy. I recently placed a rather large oreder as i do like to save on my postage costs, and every item i received was of excellent quality and great value for money. I did like the fact that the parcel had to be signed for which is added security. The little extras which make life so somple are readily available in here as well as all the basics, it is so easy to get carried away with your spending. I used PHP (Perfectly Happy People) mail order catalogue for the first time this week. I ordered a sleeping bag for my daughter. I phoned the order through and paid over the phone with my debit card. She told me that the item was in stock and would be with me in 7 working days. The following day it arrived and it was sent by recorded delivery too.
