I had a very bad experience with Peruvian Connection. One very nice black dress prompted me to order in another colour. When this came, after many weeks, the cut was awful and instead of a dropped waist dress, it was like a Charleston, cut badly and too big, though supposedly a small. It was as if the template had been overused without any check and had lost its shape. When I complained I received routine customer services response telling me they could not find the order, then when I gave them the details, next message just told me when it had been despatched! Expensive designer clothes but call centre approach to complaints.

I first came across the Peruvian Connection on TV about two year ago. It was either Richard & Judy or maybe the Clothes Show, I can't recall now but whichever one it was, - they did a whole show based around mail-order clothes. The Programme covered the pros and cons and provided an eclectic mix of catalogues form Freemans and littlewoods to the Peruvian Connection. I was hooked imediatly.
