Advantages: Wide range of products, excellent vet practices

Disadvantages: A shame vets dont open emergency service

I visit a Pets at Homes store at least once a week, mostly around East Kent. I mainly go there to buy toys and food for my dog and cat, but recently have also been using the services of the veterinary surgery located inside the store. I have been registered with two vets inside two different stores in the last 6 months, where I used to live, and where I live now.

I find the stores easy to reach by car, with adequate parking. The staff are usually quite friendly and helpful, and the range of products adequate. Prices are reasonable, but I have found cheaper at online stores.

I was especially impressed with the vets inside the store. ON both occasions they have been extremely professional, it has always been easy to get an appointment when necessary, and the service they provide have been excellent, and at a reasonable price. My only complaint is that they do not offer an after hours emergency service, but it is understandable bearing in mind they are located inside a superstore.

All in all, I usually enjoy my shopping experience at Pets at Home. Although I normally leave with much more I intended to buy.....
