Advantages: polite and frendly but not doing a propper health check

My daughter had just bought a lovely cute fluffy syrain hamster because her other one had just died when we got home we put it straight back in the cage 3 days later we noticed its bum was wet and it had this lump on its throte and belly but my daughter hadnt touched it as it was to scared and screeching at her this hamster was 10 weeks old and we hadnt touched it at all and 5 days later it dies it wudnt open its eyes white gunge was coming out and it was freezing my daughter held it in her arms as it took her last breath some health check they do it was ill from the start but we thought nothing of it trusting pets at home well iam digusted we only had this hamster 5 days and it dies and its health was ATROCIOUS !
