Pets at home is one of the biggest retailers of pet products in Britain.

Stores=
I have found the stores to be largely clean and tidy, very light and bright, laid out well and most things tend to be easy to find. My local store is on a retail park and I imagine most of their other stores are also on retail parks probably with the need for parking this is a wise move, especially when purchasing large items like they sell big dog food bags and cat litter so it's a bonus having plentiful parking space.

Staff=
Never had a problem really, but my local store isn't majorly friendly, can't say I've ever received good customer service but never received bad customer service. Always struggle finding someone to ask if I need help locating a particular item. Informed a member of staff about a fish getting attacked by all the others in the tank, don't know if they did anything about it but I would hope so.

Product range=
Pretty good, they seem to stock most major brands for animals, they obviously sell food and plenty of it, large range of pet beds, good range of cat litters, leads and collars, and of course small live animals, including fish, birds and small mammals which doesn't particularly interest me. I personally have not heard great things about the animals sold here though. Not keen on the dog 'dress up' section. Whats wrong with a good old tartan coat? I don't like this section!!

Prices=
I would not choose here unless was desperate. It seems to be that not very savvy shoppers may come here, when in fact if you are able to shop around then you will save money. I personally find it expensive, particularly for the cat food.

Summary=
Would not go out of my way to go here.
