Phones4u is a cheating company, awful staff with rediculous attitude (Phones 4U)

Advantages: you will highly improve your crisis management skill after dealing with their staff

Disadvantages: Dishonest, no credit, iresponsible, basically just cheat your money by offering verbally-agree deal

I have problem going through the credit check in receiving a deal of getting a "Free nokia 8800" handset, by signing an O2 contract through phones4u, and PAY FIRST, and they promise to send me a cash-back cheque. I kept the deal, and ask my friend to come and open the contract for me.

Everything was done, and the contract was opened under my friend's name, and the cheque is promised to send to his place in 14 days.

after more than one month, the cheque is "reported by them" as "has been dispatch and you should be receiving that soon". This statement is repeated 3 times in the following 2 weeks.

My friend still havn't recieved the cheque, and I angrily run up to the shop again, and they say, " you are the one who use the phone, although it's your friend's account, and your friend's line rental, the cheque will be in YOUR name, we've sent it to your (OLD) address, listed in our system"

!!!!! I WAS ASKED TO WAIT FOR ANOTHER 28 DAYS AFTER 6 WEEKS!!!!!

They make up any kind of stories that you can't even imagine, and all loads of bullsxit that is ABSOLUTELY rediculous.

BE AWARE OF SWEET DEALS.... THEY'RE ALL FAKE !!

Summary: I was being cheated to pay 200 pound.
