myself and my daughter have had a recent experience with phones 4u. my daughter got a contract with them and after 2 days she wasn't happy with it. she hadn't used the phone except to play on a game. she took it back to cancel her contract. after an hour of trying to persuade her to stay with them without any luck they were gonna cancel the contract. until, a member of staff took the phone and leaned down behind the desk then all of a sudden it had a scratch on it. i was furious and accused the member of staff that he had just done it. they refused to cancel her contract and told us to leave the store. i refused and demanded the police were called. they refused to call the police and after another 2 hours we left to contact head office(who just stuck up for their staff). i rang the police and was told nothing could be done and i had to take it up with a supervisor in store, that was who done the damage.
