I have been to the Phones 4 u Store at the Trafford Centre to buy a charger for my mobile phone. The salespersons there gave me the wrong charger for three consecutive times, each time assuring me that it has already been tried on my set in a room at the back. Each time I went back to them, the salesperson was doubting my claim. By the third time, I had had enough and asked for my money back. And I was kept waiting for 45 mins (behind other complaining customers!!) as salespersons pushed chargers in my mobile phone set for the umpteenth time. Store manager was very rude, arrogant and unprofessional. Stay away!!
