Phones 4u always get bad press ive never had a problem as such with the. When i went to get a new phone i went in there as they were the only shop offering the phone i wanted they were verry friendly and eager to help (maybe because they are commision ) ,i had about 2months left on my old contract and they gave me £50 for my phone so i could pay off my contract and get a new one .even tho my old phone was broken! The orderd my new phone in for me a i got a lot of extras with it was a new customers which was really good,they went thru a range of contracts and found teh one that best suited me (was the most expensive etiher) and ive had no problem with my phone or contract since. Saying that my phone mic has broken so i need to get it sent off which they will do for you but they now dont offer a replacement phone which is hassle because they say it can take up to if not more then 17days to fix and im gonig to be without a phone.
They should offer a option for a tempery phone that would really help
