Do not purchase a contract from Phones 4 u.

I had a horrendous experience with them. It started off when i went to a branch in Palmers green. I was promised a £40 tariff for £30 a month since you get a £10 monthly discount direct from phones4u. However they couldnt find the phone on the system, and i made my way to the ENFIELD BRANCH.

At the enfield branch, i was again promised the same deal and been told 100% that the deal was available. The guy did my credit search and then guess what? He said he couldnt find the phone on the system. He said come back in a few days and we'll do the same deal for you.

I called them up after 2 days, and spoke to the manager, he said the deal will now cost you £35 a month. I was unhappy that he could not match my deal. The staff at Enfield branch are the worst (disrespectful and rude), the palmers green branch is much better.

So, i decided to call the head office about this and they said that the store had to match my deal, by giving me store credit to make up for the deal promised. When i contacted them again by phone - the enfield branch, they said they cannot do that.

It has been the worst experience.... i will never use them again and neither should anyone. If the deal is going smoothly, its fine, but when you have a problem, they make life hard.

Also, they have 0870 customer care.... so you might not be getting the best deal in the end....

Summary: You're better off going to carphone warehouse or go direct to the network then to deal with such ppl
