NEVERR TRUST THEMM!!!! I BOUGHT A NEW SONY ERICSSON C510 FROM THEM 5 MONTHS AGO. IT STOPPED WORKING ALL OF A SUDDEN, THEN I SENT IT FOR REPAIRS. 2 WEEKS LATER, I SAW LIKE 7 SCRATCHES ON THE PHONE ITSELF AND DENTS ON THE EDGES. THE SERIAL NUMBER WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TO WHAT I HAD LUCKILY STILL KEPT. THEY SENT ME SOMEONE ELSES COMPLETELY WRECKED PHONE, KNOWING ITS COMPLETELY UNREPAIRABLE AND PROBABLY SOLD MINE AS 'REFURBISHED'. TOMORROW, IM GOING STRAIGHT TO THE ORIGINAL STORE AND IF I DONT GET MY 120 QUID BACK CASH IN HAND, IM GETTING LEGAL ADVISE! ITS OBVIOUS THEYV SOLD IT ON, AND IM NOT STANDING FOR IT.

I decided which phone i wanted, and the sort of money i was prepared to spend a month for the minutes, texts and internet that i wanted.
The deal was okay-i would have liked it to be a bit cheaper but i felt pressured into getting the phone-maybe doing a little more negotiating would have got me a better deal but i wasnt really given the chance.
The deals made out to be amazing-and the cash back offer is a load of rubbish, i didnt get enough money to pay off my remaining bills.
However now my phone has broken my opinion of phones 4u has completely changed-they were VERY unhelpful, gave me the wrong information on 3 occassions...lied through their teeth about things-and whats more im still having to pay to get my own phone fixed-dont go here for a phone!!! its hassle.

Phones 4 U has NO customer service, they are rude and unhelpful, they sold me a faulty BlackBerry Storm 9500 phone. When I took the faulty phone to their shop for exchange the phone was not in stock. I went to all Phones4U shops in Central London one said that the service is down so come after 3 pm, ther next one said they are sort of staff so can't do exchange, next one said I should go to the branch I have bought it from, next shop showed me a opened ex-demo box . A completely useless company for Customer service. When I called the head office they say all mobile phones box seals are opened to check. Complete liars and cheat. Once they had your money they do not care what so ever.

Having used phones 4 u on 4 separate occasions for upgrading/taking out a new contract, I have found the service provided to be very variable depending on where you go. I have ordered and paid for a phone from Phones 4 u, in stock promised next day, no phone, they ignored emails, where rude to my partner and after 3 phone calls told me it was again in stock but could not tell me when it would be delivered. This company have NO customer service and are unhelpful, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I have now contacted the Trading Standards office where it seems they are well known. A very POOR company with rude unhelpful staff and no customer service. BUYER BEWARE

One word DONT! best bet is to get a contract direct with a network. Phones 4 u miss sell contracts then deny it. The networks say they do it all the time and dont have a good word to say about them. I was caught out dont let yourself be!

I have tried to cancel an upgrade with phones 4 u 3 days after they phoned me but they refuse to cancel it even though there should be a 15 day cooling off period.they sent me the phones but did not receive them as i was out and have a letter from the post office to prove it.Since then i have received letters from vodafone demanding £1400 as i will not pay for something i did not want and do not have.My advice to any one thinking of using phones 4 u should cut them out and go to the main retailer as they do not believe in helping the customer only fleecing them for every penny they can get.PLEASE BEWARE OF PHONES 4 U
