Hi I would just like everybody to know about phones 4 u in east kilbride ,they tell you false information then get you to sign ,went home and went back next day to say that they had given me false information and they told me sorry you signed the contract and would not let me take it back ,so now iam left with a phone i dont want plus they put me on the blacklist and cant get it of my credit list for 6 years,so i hope you rot in hell the girl that sold me the wrong contract you know who you are .

Don't bother with these conmen, they have just fraudulently got my daughter to sign up for insurance on her contract at £9.99 a month without telling her, and added another fiver to her phone bill. As for for making a complaint you get a patronising person at head office who "will look into it". And perhaps due to dyslexia they told us they are unable to write to us tell us what they have actually done about it!

On contract through web purchase, and supplied with what phones4u agree, is a faulty phone!They will not do a store excahnge, and will not send replacement untill I've returned faulty phone by post.Leaves me phoneless for several days untill they ship me a repalcement.Just very poor service!! It would be simple for them to send repalcement and collect faulty phone using same shipping company.

I have used phones4u for the last 6 years, and haven't had any problems with them. My last phone was a blackberry storm which developed a fault half way through my contract. I contacted vodafone and they replaced handset under warranty. If you have any problems, always contact the company who the contract is with, as situations are always resolved much quicker.

I purchased a pay as you go Vodaphone white with £10 worth of airtime from the Phones4u website (very easy to use) The phone was delivered within a few days, however it only had £1.03 worth of airtime. I contacted customer service and was informed they would investigate, within a few hours I was contacted by a very friendly lady that explained there had been an error, she was very apologetic and said a cheque would be sent asap. one day later I received my refund. No hassle or arguing just good service, I would definitely use again.

Ah. Phones4u. The blot on the horizon of the mobile phone community. The name that haunts me in my sleep. Phones for you are crap-fact!I got a phone from them that broke after a month they wouldn't exchange it insisted on sending it off for repair 3 TIMES!! and it still didn't work!!They then refused to replace it and were very rude,they later had the cheek to ask if i wanted to buy another phone from them i was tempted to just so i could shove it down the managers throat,they have screwed me over 4 or 5 times now and i wouldn't reccomend them to my worst enemy.All in all diabolical customer service and should be shut down by trading standards.

DO NOT SHOP FROM PHONES 4 U! I have been given the wrong advice and have been sold the wrong phone which I cannot use! On top of this the phone was faulty and caused me a lot of hassle. Now they tell me they will not rectify their mistake as they have found no evidence of their misadvice!???Never again with Phones4u! I am now stuck with the crap phone I got for 18 months. What a waste of money it's been!
