The quality of the fabric and finish are both below the usual high street standard and that is the reason I don't buy too much from here. This didn't use to be the case so I'm not sure why it changed. Returns policy is OK at 14 days for a refund. You must have your receipt to get a refund though. Without a receipt you will get a credit note. Overall Pilot is an OK shop but in my opinion it has gone down hill.... more

Pilot is a nationwide fashion clothing store. It is most popular amongst teenage girls and therefore caters for the younger market. Pilot shops are usually in the town centre shopping centres. Most UK towns and cities have at least one Pilot shop. Each store has different opening times but usually they are open 7 days a week if other shops around them are too. Shops are usually pretty small but they do pack a lot in. Racks, therefore, can appear a little cluttered. I think the quality of the clothing is poor and therefore items are not going to last very long. Pilot is a high street store aimed at teens and young female adults. On first impression there is a great range of fashionable low cost items there which is great during the credit crunch. However I have a problem with the quality of the clothes they sell from personal experience. I have had 3 jumpers from there in the same design in black, grey and brown as I loved the style (they had ruched arms with a silver buckle around the waist) 2 were presents which I asked for and I bought one myself. They cost £17 in the sale from £27. Unfortunately they are all now in the bin! After just one wash which I did at 50 degrees they started to fall apart at the seams ...  Read the complete review

Pilot is a high street shop selling fashion clothes at cheap prices. They seem to focus on younger teens as many of their items are quite child like. Stores are light and bright with very white walls. Clothes are squashed together - especially at sale time. Pilot stores are mostly in town and city centres or in retail outlets. Pilot also has a number of outlet stores which sell goods for around a 20% discount. I have to say i quite enjoy looking around Pilot but feel im growing out of it now at the age of 25. I think you have to be in your early teens to shop here! The clothes are reasonably fashionable but although very cheap lack ...  Read the complete review

Pilot has got so much i spent 1 and 1/2 hours in there, and then went back in again! the choice, quality, and low cost of the clothing in pilot is absolutely fantastic. in august they did a buy one get one free (bogof) deal. My friend and i came out with bags of clothes and great big cheesey grins on ourfaces, i'd just bought 2 tops for £10(!)(amongst other things), how brilliant is that?! My friend came out with two tops and two pairs of trousers for £17 we were amazed by the quality of the garments as well as the prices. The changing rooms are well organised as well, there wasn't too much waiting in the queue, because there were enough cubicles for a busy day ...  Read the complete review

Pilot has to be one of the best stores on the highstreet and I LOVE it. The prices are decent and you know by their reputation that your getting a good quality item. You can usually go in and buy a top for clubbing for about a tenner, or you could buy some casual trousers to wear to work for about fifteen pounds. The fashions are usually quite similar to the other more expensive high street shops, and you can also buy some very original items there too. The only problem is that they dont sell accesorize meaning you have to trail off to one of the more expensive shops and cah out a tenner for a pair of cheap earrings! Pilot isnt usually recognized as one of the ...  Read the complete review
