Pilot is a high street shop selling fashion clothes at cheap prices. They seem to focus on younger teens as many of their items are quite child like.

Stores are light and bright with very white walls. Clothes are squashed together - especially at sale time.

Pilot stores are mostly in town and city centres or in retail outlets. Pilot also has a number of outlet stores which sell goods for around a 20% discount. I have to say i quite enjoy looking around Pilot but feel im growing out of it now at the age of 25. I think you have to be in your early teens to shop here!

The clothes are reasonably fashionable but although very cheap lack quality. I mean they are cheap but they also look very cheap, something other companies disguise well.

Pilots accessories and shoes are better quality and dont look as cheap. I often buy flip flops from here in the summer.

Returns policy is good - 28 days with receipt, credit note without.

Overall the shop is aimed at younger people but i think theyve missed a trick and should extend their range to appeal to a wider range of people. Their designs at the min are a bit young looking to be very fashionable. Quality also needs looking at.
