Advantages: Great stuff for a quid!

I love poundland and so does my Daughter as I let her choose one item she can have if she's been good. She has lots to choose from, from toys to fun garden accessories. And I love the fact that she can have a choise and I know it's only going to cost me a pound!

They sell cosmetics and toiletries, some well known brands too. Tools, snacks, drink, party bits, underwear and my favourite, the garden section. They do some really cute garden bits, my Daughter chose a tortoise ornament that you have to paint, so when we got home we all painted it, it looks great.

I love Poundland when there is a special celebration like halloween and Christmas. They have fantastic decorations, I've recently got lots of halloween bits, a cape, facepaints, sweets and halloween tinsel and a glow in the dark skeleton!

Poundland is very useful to have, just wish it was more spacious. The isles in my local store are quite narrow so it gets really busy and difficult if you've got a pushchair.

Summary: Great if you're after some bargains
