Poundland is a bargain shop where everything in the shop costs £1. This is great when you are looking for a bargain, it also shows that if they can make a profit then a lot of the other shops overcharge for exactly the same items. There are some great items to be had in store and there are also some items that are cheap and nasty, so be careful when shopping there.

They sell health and beauty, baby, clothing, accessories, DIY, entertainment, food, drink, stationery, homeware, household, party, petcare and toys. It is great as you come across some named brands in there as well which you would never expect for £1. The likes of Dove, Nivea, Capri-sun, Coke, Cow and Gate, Johnsons, CIF, Airwick, JVC, Sony and Duracell.

In my opinion when it comes to batteries you cannot afford to miss out when they are so expensive in the shops especially of you have children as they have so many toys that require batteries these days, which would cost you a small fortune to run, but when it comes to £1 a packet this is a bargain.

When it comes to Poundland it is like a lucky did as you never know if they are going to have what you need in stock, so it is best that you got in there with nothing in mind that you need and then whatever you see and need you can get.

Poundland is great when it comes to Christmas as they have decorations, wrapping paper, cards and some great stocking fillers at a fraction of the cost of anywhere else, so it is the shop to go to at this time of year, although you can guarantee that it will be busier than normal.

Poundland is a shop that I avoid as although they offer great priced goods this is a shop that is packed full of people pushing and shoving and with great big queues it is a shop that stresses me out. I will go in there if it has just opened or it seems quiet as there are some great deals on.
