Advantages: Most you'l have to pay for something is a pound

Disadvantages: A lot of it is rubbish you wouldnt want any way

Ahhh - Poundland. The place where everything costs... you guessed it, a pound. Sometimes they have link offers where you can get 2 or 3 of something for a pound. I'm not going to lie to you, some things in there are not a bargain at all. There are some things in there that you would never want to buy, on the sheer hope that you will put it in your basket because it is just a pound.
It is sheer madness in poundland, with people braging everywhere and sometimes the shop is messy. But what would one really expect when buying from a shop where the most anything will cost you is a pound? Sometimes it is worth fighting your way through the crowds to bag yourself that bargain packet of crisps, or bottle of bleach. Others you will just want to turn around and go to your supermarket and pay the extra 70p!!

Summary: Some bargains to be had in amongst the rubbish and crowds
