Poundstretcher or also known as Instore is a discount household store. They are often on retail parks. I prefer Poundstretcher to Poundland as they stock some better quality products and often more of a variety. They stock a fairly large range of goods from washing up liquid to gardening supplies, cookware to clothing, and seasonal goods etc. I always find that Poundstretcher is the place to go for storage boxes and plant pots.

Poundstretcher can often get cluttered in the walkways so it's worth keeping your eyes open when walking around. The staff are helpful enough but they do seem to be students half the time so I wouldn't approach them for much else than help getting things to the car because I just don't think that they know half the answers.

They often have offers on also so it's worth keeping a look out for these. In our area they leaftlet drop with our local free paper every couple of weeks so you can keep up to date.

Poundstretcher isn't a shop that I take a trolley into, it's more of a look around every now and again and just to pick up a few bits kind of shop.
