I'm as blind as a bat and have astigmatism to boot (I really am blind, minus nine!). I wear contact lenses but have found that I am a little less able to tolerate them so have been wearing glasses a bit more. Don't touch Wantglasses!!!!!

Placed order on 31st March 2009, it is now 6th May and they still haven't been delivered!

After several (unanswered) emails and several (unhelpful) phone calls, I have approached consumer direct for their help.

The customer service team don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE!!

As you can maybe see from my profile picture, I wear glasses. I have been wearing them since I was able to tell someone that I could not see infront of me.
