My friends beige 'real' uggs are wearing out at the same speed as mine, except she paid £170 for hers. Premium Review Priceless Shoes: NEW SHOES! (366 words)

Its all in the name, this shop sells stylish shoes, often copies of big name brands like Uggs, for tiny prices! Now instead of going out and spending £100 + a year on a pair of Ugg boots, I will go and spend £10 once a year for a pair that are missing that all important label on the back. I have a beige pair, with a nice warm fleecy looking interior. I have had them now for 2 years, and recently added to my collection with a brown pair for £7 in the sale. I have tried on real uggs and they feel just the same as mine. My friends beige 'real' uggs are wearing out at the same speed as mine, except she paid £170 for hers. On my trip in to Southampton today, I told myself I was only going to keep an appointment but I ended up being tempted in to one or two shops and spending money I hadn't planned on spending! One of the shops I visited was called Priceless; it sells shoes and handbags. They had a very good sale on with some great bargains. However, I actually don't need new shoes (that's not to say I don't want any!) so I stopped myself looking at them. What I did find were some lovely handbags that had all been reduced, some of them to just £1! I bought three which will make lovely Christmas presents. Two were clutch bags in very good imitation leather; one was a dull green ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Priceless Shoes

Very poor service and appaulling staff attitude.
Obviously the price of the product is directly linked to the level of customer service you get!
Returned a faulty pair of trainers, to virtually be accused of damaging them myself, and refusal to exchange!!!!!
The sighing and scowling between the two female staff and the scrutinising and pointing at my purchase, made me feel like a fraudster in front of other shoppers.
If you really must shop here, make sure you pick up a perfect item otherwise there's no guarantee you'll ever see your money again!
Not a bargain shop, but another way of scamming the consumer.
I will never shop with this company again.
Stick to M&S, Beatties or other more reputable firms, where they know how to look after their customers.

Priceless? Hopeless! Bought a pair of shoes from their Ely Store on Thursday, found they did not fit when I got them home (was in a hurry so did not try them on in store) - The manageress would not accept them back, even when quoted the law (Sale of Goods Act) - they are marked as a size 12, but don't fit on a size 12. I am not paying £15 for a pair of shoes tried on once, and returned when they don't fit me. Sorry priceless, you suck, blow and barf at the same time if that is physically possible. Won't be using your chain again. ...  Read the complete review

I visited the store on 13/11/07 to return a pair of boots i had purchased on 8/11/07 as they were faulty! I aproached the cash desk and spoke to a girl who was wearing a supervisor card, and avery unwelcoming face. After explaining the problem and showing her the boots she also agreed that they were faulty and asked me what i wanted to do. I asked for an exchange as i liked the boots and they were a bargain at £10. She then replied with i could exchange the boots but i would have to pay an extra £5 as she had put them up in price that morning! So basically i brought a pair of faulty boots which i had a recipt for the price i paid but to exchange them i needed to pay an ...  Read the complete review
