I have a low opinion on this shop and generally stay away from it for reasons I will later describe in this review. Primark is a clothes shop that sells a large variety of clothes that is in my opinion sub standard, they are very cheap.

Yea they are cheap, but the quality of their clothes isnt that great, they normally wash out of shape, colours run or stitching fails not long after purchase, and you will find it hard to find stylish clothes in this store, instead you should expect some tacky version of something that is stylish at the time, though what do you expect when you are paying as little as £1.50 for a top.

Another thing that has put me off ever spending my money in this store is that they use sweatshops for a bit of cheap labour to produce their clothes, I just dont think that this is morally right, I do think that these people should be employed, I understand that they depend on their jobs for an income, however I also believe that Primark should treat them with the respect that they give their UK workers and pay them fairly and properly.

So in my opinion Primark is full of cheap, tacky and unfairly produced clothes. If you want cheap clothes, try New Look, their clothes are much better quality and made fairly. I know this is a very negotive review, but it is my opinion and this is how I feel about this store.

Yes it is become more known that Primark is involved in unfair labour! Good review, good to see people speaking their mind and not sucking up to the mainstream. :-)

Didn't know about the cheap labour. I prefer good quality clothes that last. They may cost more but I don't follow trends, so I wear my clothes till they fall apart.
