Advantages: Cheap, lots of different styles

Disadvantages: Cheap can = tat!

I have a love/hate relationship with the clothing (and seemingly becoming everything else!) store. There are occassions when Primark could do no wrong in my eyes, and others when it lets me down miserably!

My local store is one in Newport. I think I've bought a proper piece of clothing once or maybe twice from this store. Yes, they have a lot in there, but a most of it is tat. It's cheap, tacky and you can just see that as soon as you get home it's going to break. I do love the footwear section mind. Shoes at £4 a pair are not a mistake! I'll get bored of them anyway fairly quickly, so in my opinion, they're a good buy. I get through dozens of pairs of tights, as I seem to always put holes in them somehow, so the cheap tights from Primark are a God send at times. I also find that the Primark tights last a lot longer than those I get from supermarkets and other clothes stores. Primark knickers are also cheap yet durable! So I get all of mine from there.

I've been to other Primark stores that I've managed to find dozens of things I love. I always find something in the Cardiff Primark. The only problem with this store is that you can barely move as there are so many people and finding your size can be tricky. The Southampton store is always fantastic, and seems a lot less crowded than others. So I enjoy shopping here when I occassionally go there.

Although Primark is cheap, it can be a life saver at times, as being a student means I don't usually have an awful lot of money! I'd love to buy designer, but that's never going to happen! For what it is, I think Primark does a good job!
