For anyone old enough to remember the old primark - they will tell you themselves, it was awful! Rubbish fashion, worse shoes! The sizes were all out and the quality was attrocious! Im not sure who has had a word but its made a profound difference to the brand.

Primark are now one of the leading fashion retailers on the highstreet. They deliver on price quality and service - they really are a brand on the up! I love visiting Primrk (though not at the weekend as it is rammed). Every time you go there is something new - the lines are updated very often.

The stores are usually large with a number of floors. The do womens wear, mens wear and childrens wear. They also have a home department, accessories department and shoe department.

I really like Primark clothes - especially the little cardigans the do - very fashionable but cheap.

Returns are easy through the customer services dept and changing rooms are large although a little busy.

It is really nice to be able to go into a shop which really puts its customers first - they have really thought about what the customer wants and it really does deliver. Esspecially in these tough times Primark stands tall as the no. 1 discount fashion store.
