Advantages: Cheap kit for everyone
Disadvantages: Everything is everywhere, Total chaos
Primark is not for everybody. It's for that discerning shopper who doesn't mind getting stuck in. The one whose got radar for a bargain, feet that will run the marathon whilst not leaving the shop. Yes the one whose got armour plating or plenty of padding.
You need this special equipment because the shops are usually standing room only. So you need to defend your Primark footprint else someone else will be standing where you are!
There are good quality bargains to be had at prices you'd best not ask yourself too many questions about. But your size and colour will always be under a mountain of size 8 and 10 items.
Kit out yourself, your babies, your children, your teenagers, your men folk, your grandmother all for less than fifty quid (well almost). They've got the kit, the question is :are you good enough to find it?
The staff do their best to keep order, but lets face it, the customers aren't that intent of folding up the items they just been carting around the store in a basket while they were think about not buying them.
The queues to pay are remenicent of Harrods on the first morning of the January sales-but this is June! When you reach the head of the queue you may just find that their machine doesn't take your brand of card.
Why do we keep going back for this torture? Cos we love it!
Summary: If you can find it you can afford it

- 05/06/09 LOL! I had my second Primark experience where I got a whole load of summer clothing for my two boys (probably make up most of their summer wardrobe now) for only 19.50. I was so thrilled! |
