I was in Primark yesterday and thought that I would put my pennies worth in about the store. The store I visited was in Derby and is over 3 floors. The layout in this particular store is a bit all over the place and you must allow plenty of time to go through the clothes. To be on the safe side I would always check that the size on the hanger matches the garment size as I have found many a time that when I return home I have got the wrong size.
The ladies changing rooms are not very tidy and generally seem to have hangers and lables over the floor and you are not allowed to take your basket in with you for some reason. The checkouts seem to be extremely busy and can take a while to get through especially if you shop on a Saturday. I would allow plenty of time to both browse the store and then purchase your items. I would recommend shopping here at night if you can find a store that is open late.
I have never really had any dealings with the staff so I don't feel able to comment on their customer service skills.
Primark sells ladies, mens and childrens clothing aswell as having a home department where you can buy things such as bath towels, bedding, cushions, throws, candles etc.
In the ladies wear department (my favourite of course) you can purchase clothing, coats, shoes, nightwear and underwear as well as fashion jewellry, belts, hats and scarves and they even do a makeup range which I haven't tried yet.
The mens wear department has similar items to the womens department but I have only ever brought underwear and socks from this section.
The childrens wear is fab although a bit hit and miss but that could just be me and what I like and dont. We all know how fast kids get through their clothes so Primark is the ideal place to purchase low cost clothes for them.
I spent £18.50 yesterday and got a girls dress top, 2 pairs of leggings, a bra and pants set and a ladies top (not bad at all)
Primark sell low cost high quality clothing that is also up to date with the latest fasion trends.
I would recommend anybody to purchase their clothing and homewear from here you wont be dissapointed.

Summary: Budget shopping at Primark

You could improve you review by making it longer, including more of your personal experience of the shop - Layout, staff/customer service, quality of goods etc
