Advantages: Cheap goods, average quality

Disadvantages: Rarely famous brands, Poor customer service

Lets not deny it, Women adore primark and us men are being dragged through it on a daily basis just to pick up a quick bargain.
In my experience of Primark I find it cramped and the conditions humid, but beyond the countless number of people inside at any one time Primark may actually be a great retailer.

The best example I can give of great quality produce at a cheap price was at last year's christmas shop in which all retailers where fearcelessly lowering they're prices of gifts and toys to attract the eyes of christmas shoppers.
When venturing into our Primark all that we could see where hundreds (yes I do mean hundreds!) of shoppers running around buying up the remaining stock the shop had to offer, and may I say it was hilarious to watch the staff restock all they're items in a couple of minutes!

Well while walking around I spotted a few shirts and trousers that appealed to my cheap sense of fashion, and after purchasing no less than a whole wardrobe of items we walked off to the 10 foot line which was now being re-directed outside the shop and after a couple of years waiting we arrived at the till.
I still cannot believe to this day that all the item's that I had bought cost a measly £12.43!

Great value for 5 sets of clothes!
However Primark for me would almost be the perfect shop if it was not for the unhelpful, useless and unfriendly staff that I encounter at my local branch. The sign outside says happy to help but I cannot think of one time they have helped me!
They usually communicate through a low toned 'grunt' and rarely guide me into the right direction.
Not all of them act this way but the odd 1 or 2 that do tend to be working throughout the week and are usually the only form of customer assistance that can be achieved.

However me being me I just adore branded clothing in itself, and these famous words that increase the value of clothing such as 'Nike' and 'adidas' are rarely to be found in a cheap consumer goods shop such as primark.
I mean would you rather be wearing a Nike branded hooded top, or a checkered Primark shirt? I think the silence speaks for itself!

All in all I would rate primark 3 stars out of 5
Simply because it's for people who prefer a cheaper alternative.

Thanks for reading

Summary: Not My cup of tea, but a good shop
