Primark - Bargain of the Century
Member Name: Lady_Alys
Advantages: Lots of choice, cheap, great
Disadvantages: Not wanting to buy something as you can see thousands wearing the same thing
Primark is one of those stores that everyone seems to love to hate and yet still shops there because you can not deny it's unique charm and fashion fixes for cheap.
I am not a massive stay-with-the-fashions person, I am a jeans, shorts, strappy top, plain jumper type of girl so Primark suits me perfectly. It is also not so much a taboo nowadays to actually admit to shopping there because the quality and the fashion stakes have been increased in the stores.
The Primark in my home city is probably an average sized one, it's a big store but nothing compared to the size of the London ones, and they do manage to cram in a huge selection of choice in all departments, recently a mens accesories section has opened up in our local store.
When Primark first opened up in our city 3 years ago I never went and bought things from there as I had heard bad stuff about the products but I have never had to take a single item back because of the size being wrong, the product falling or apart or for any other reason. The only thing that lets the store down is ignorant customers who I see walk into the store look at items and then simply thrown them onto shelves, leave them all over the store or knock them on the floor, simply look at what just fell and then walk off. It makes the place look untidy and you wouldn't catch them doing it in Topshop or Zara.
Primark is somewhere I will now go to as my first choice if I am needing something for a different occasion or simply more clothes, you can't go wrong with a bargain!
Summary: Great to go to for a bargain or a holiday wardrobe without breaking the bank
