I recently went to Edinburgh, and the first thing I did was pop into their brand new Princes Street Primark, seeing as their isn't one in my local city :( It was absolutely HEAVING, and I could see why; perfecly good clothes at rock bottom prices! When I went in they had a sale on and I managed to bag a lovely lemon lace and chiffon summer dress for £2 - yes, that's TWO POUNDS! And there was nothing wrong with it!
However this time was my first time going into Primark, and I was a bit sceptical because I thought that it would be cheap and tacky. How wrong I was. They have perfectly good quality clothes (no different from Topshop or River Island who charge five times the price) for such bargains, even when they're full price! Shoes for £4! Dresses for £15! Trousers for £10! Tops for £5 (and these are all full price) and they're positively jumble sale prices when they're reduced! (£2 dress :))
The shop was easy to navigate too, with a sign telling one what was on each floor. The changing rooms where also clean, roomy and had a seat inside them too :) But this may vary from shop to shop. The staff were also friendly and informative and willing to answer any questions (again, this may vary from shop to shop).
Primark is definetely up there with my favourite shops - cheap (what we all want these days) while being perfectly good quality.
Summary: An amazing shop - why pay loads for clothes when you can come here?
