.* Introduction *.

I have been shopping at primark for almost 7years now, well when I have a little bit of money spare and in need o treating myself to some new clothes. I only shop here for casual clothing, sleepwear and the odd occasion underwear, as I don't tend to go out anywhere so there isn't any need for spending money on clothes that I will never wear. I enjoy shopping here for many reasons, mostly because of their low prices.

.* About primark *.

Primark is one of the cheapest clothing outlets in the world, and a lot of people shop here because of it, my local primark is full and very crowded when I have gone to shop here and never have the space to move around. My local primark is set between 2 floors, to get to top floor you either have a lift or elevator, I've had to go into the lift as using the elevator is fine for me.

Ground floor you will find a selection of men's wear, coats, men's underwear, sleepwear, Ties, shoe's, accessories for both men and women, women's wear, costume jewellery, hats, scarf's, and handbags. You will also find the changing rooms on this floor, although I have never had to use them as I am quite comfortable of knowing the size that will fit me, and not only that there are always queues waiting to use them. You then you have the cashiers, all tills are accompanied by a cashier to help reduced the waiting of customers, and to cut down queues, although doesn't matter how many cashiers you have you will still notice queues, there is also a person that will deal with any refunds, returns and any problems you may have. Most of the clothing is hung on hangers, but you do have to be careful when buying the clothing off them because normally the hangers say one size and the clothes say another, so always make sure you go buy the size in the clothes and not on the hangers. Other clothes like cardigans, vest tops, jeans, trousers, and joggers are normally folded up on shelves, which can be a pain when trying to find your size as people come along and just fling the clothes down where ever and can be quite messy, so tends to put you off buying anything.

Top floor consists of a selection of women's sleepwear, underwear, children's wear, women's shoe's children's shoes, children's underwear, children's sleepwear, you also have cashiers too. There are no changing rooms on this floor so you do have to go to ground floor to use the changing rooms if needed. I have to admit this floor is normally as full of people as the ground floor so your able to find what you want at ease without fighting through the crowds, also means not many queues are upstairs either. Like the ground floor you have certain items hung up, and others are on shelves, but not so messy as the ones on ground floor.

I have bought many items from primark and I can honestly say they were good value for money, and never had to take return anything, but what do you want for a couple of quid. Now some items they offer in the store look cheap and nasty whilst other looks good, but like I have said what you want for that kind of money, they don't offer top brand names in this shop, but do try and copy certain brands I feel. All said and done without the massive queues, the messy shelves, it would be a really good and tidy shop.

.* Why choose primark? *.

Well reading my review why wouldn't you shop here, if you're not so fussed on shopping for top brands and spending a lot of money on one item then this shop is for you. I find that primark offers value for money in there clothing, but that is my opinion and is based on my experience whilst shopping there. I would recommend this shop with its cheap clothing, friendly staff, and a wide selection of clothing found there for everyone's needs. The shop is clean and lilt very well, baskets are available for those shopoholics.

.* Staff *.

Most of the staff your usually wearing a smile on their faces, and some look bored and fed up, although I cannot see why because there is plenty of work to be doing in there. Staff will help you find anything that you cannot see yourself, help with any problems you might have, there are usually plenty of staff on the floors and around the tills. They are always dressed smart in blue and white, always a staff member at the changing area's just to make sure your not keeping the clothes on that you are trying on and walking out the shop, as they tend to check the items you walk in with and gives you a token with a number on.

.* Final Thoughts *.

Well I hope I have summed this shop up, I do enjoy shopping here when I money to spare. There are the disadvantages of the queues, the messy shelves, and the sizes being wrong, but apart from that it is a cheap and cheerful shop that I would recommend to anyone that doesn't mind none top brand clothing. Also sometimes when I have shopped here there has been bargain rails, which you can find some really nice items, but other items look cheap and horrible, again always check the sizes on the clothes, as I have took size 6 items home when the hanger said size 10, but in saying that I didn't take it back as I could fit into them, so all was not lost.

Thank you for reading.
