Advantages: Cheap extended warrentys, knowledgable staff, friendly honest service

Disadvantages: the urge to spend lots of money in the store :)

I used richer sounds for the first and only time in July and have to say the service was really good.

I went to richer sounds as, after doing, research I found they had the best deal for a cheaper 32" LCD. I brought a JVC 32" DY8 with a 5 year extended warranty for £380. I asked for that actual model when I got in there and the guy who served me asked if I minded him seeing if there was any models that were better spec that he could reduce to a similar price (I told him my limit was £400), he couldn't do it but was willing to offer a LG screen for £420 instead of the usual web price of £450 which had I been a bit better off I would have gone for.

He suggested a cleaning kit for for lcd screens at the same time which seemed a little expensive for £15 but has proved to be really good for cleaning my laptop and desktop screens without smearing or scratching it.

I found the staff really friendly and knowledgeable, the price's excellent, and the extended warranty extremely cheap. I can only hope that if a problem does occur that they will be true to their word and carry out a fuss free repair.

I would highly recommend richer sounds a place to buy your audio/visual wares.

Got to say that the screen is fantastic as well and will write a review if dooyoo will add it to their catalog.
