Disadvantages: I sturggle to find any...

Richer Sounds is an essential store for those serious about their AV equipment. They have a huge selection of speakers, amps, separates, cabling etc all at very reasonable prices.

But the main attraction to Richer Sounds if not their god prices but their good old fashioned customer services, the staff must be some of the happiest in the world. They will quite happily spend hours with you demo'ing equipment and trying things out. I have been browsing in the store and been offered free coffee, tea, hot chocolate and even biscuits and sandwiches. The customer service is top notch and it's refreshing to go into a store that actually has some time for the customer and will give good honest advice.

Also Richer Sounds are great when it comes to putting packages together, they frequently offer speaker packages and complete AV solutions. Also if you buy What Hi-Fi there are always deals to allow you to save even more money from them. They also offer various finance deals to get your kit.

If you are looking towards getting some AV equipment then I would suggest you check out your local Richer Sounds as I'm sure you will struggle to find better prices or service.
