Our old hi-fi system went wrong and needed replacing. I had been in Richer sounds, a retail store that specialises in Hi-fi equipment but had not purchased an item. I was really impressed with the layout of the store which was really tidy. There seemed to be loads of staff on hand which were really helpful but at the same time not very pushy. Richer Sounds for those of you who have not been in one of their 50 stores throughout the UK and Eire, is similar to Dixons or Curry?s. But, the range of stock is much more impressive and the prices are much cheaper.

Richer Sounds really give the impression they care about you which is nice to know. They take time to talk with you, to find what you want so they can get the best item for you in the price range so you are happy. You are even offered a cup of coffee or tea when you go into the store.

Richer Sound offer a bulk purchase service for businesses (or other organisations) who are looking to buy our products. They currently supply Oddbins, Carphone Warehouse, Tie Rack and many other corporate accounts from schools to hospitals. They can deliver and are happy to arrange account facilities where requested.

In Richer Sounds you will find electrical items of various kinds from portable disc player to DVD players to DJ gear, headphones, decks, cassettes, digital camera?s, min discs and a lot more. Basically, any electrical sound systems or any similar products you will find them in your store.

I bought a Hi-Fi system for £270 which was really good value considering in Argos the same Hi-fi for £310, and in Dixons for £315 so I did make a really good saving. I bought headphones for my cousin for £25 which again were excellent value because I had seen the same headphones double the price in Curry?s. So in Richer Sounds there was definitely a saving to made. The good thing was that they had all the items in stock and had an excellent returns policy to return items if I was not satisfied wit
h the item.

You can find most of the items online, the prices and if they have them in stock. However, there is a delivery charge which can put the prices quite high. So it?s best to buy from the stores.

The after sales is also very good. You get a courtesy call to check if you are happy with your product and you can extend your guarantee if you want by paying a little bit extra. I was very pleased with my purchases and the customer care that I received. To many times, the customer care is poor however it wasn?t the case here.

Richer Sounds is an excellent store full of electrical equipment. Excellent prices and on the whole very good level of services. If you do not have the time to go to the store you can visit the website which is an excellent site for cross referencing and comparing prices.
I would recommend this store for anyone wanting to buy well priced items
