Placed an order to the value of £74. Goods were promised to be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. Goods did not turn. They refuse to read emails requesting refund, stating they are having delivery problems - they have refused refund for goods they cannot deliver. Each request for refund is replied too with the term 'sorry for delay'. These people are flouting the Sale of Goods Act. Also note no phone number given!

Before you go to trading standards you should contact CONSUMER DIRECT
who will give you lots of help and advice.
As regards the review, it would be nice if you would have pointed out in what SPECIFIC WAY they contravened the piece of legislation you cited.

send them a letter via recorded delivery to make sure that they dont claim that they never received it and also a copy of the letter to your local trading standards.
