*~*~*INTRODUCTION*~*~*

I thought I would share with you all the Safeway store in Hucknall. I shop here mostly when I run out of something, and when I need to a little bit of shopping. Let me tell you more about the store.

*~*~*INSIDE THE STORE*~*~*

Well it is very spacious and pretty clean and tidy as for the shelves as you know some people doesn?t know how to put things back in the right places. But this store makes sure everything is where it is supposed to be and clearly marked. All the isles are wide enough to get a bus down them, no but honestly you get some shops where you struggle in getting a trolley down there, never mind more than one person. This one you can get more than person down them with trolleys or buggies but still can get crowded on busy days.

The shelves are mostly always stacked full when I have gone in there, except on the occasions when there are offers on then that is where you will find it sometimes difficult to find what you want. I found the offers to be very valuable and very good, and not all the time they are gone when I gone there for the offers, as they must stock up when they start getting low.

*~*~*VARIETY OF PRODUCTS*~*~*

The variety is pretty good from what you get from other shops, there are brand names or simply the stores own brand. The brand name items are good quality and can be expensive. The stores own brand can be just as good as the brand name items and cheaper. If it is something like drinks, women things, things that are not that important then I mostly buy the store brand, as there is no difference, on the food products I am more fussy and will mostly go for the brand names, unless I am low on the pennies. There are a wide range of variety in products throughout the store, and also have things like stationary, towels, BBQ, planting compost, flowers, planting pots and pillows and duvets in the store, wither full price or on offer.

*~*~*STAFF*~*~*

>The staff here are helpful when you need to find something in the store as they will take you to the product themselves rather than standing there and receiving the directions to where to find the product. There are some stores that are not helpful in this way. There are always staff around when you need help with something, like getting things down that are too high off the shelf in which I always seem to be asking someone in the store about as I am short.

*~*~*OFFERS*~*~*

There is always offers on every week, I mostly receive a leaflet through the door of the offers that are on here. There are always different ones on every week. But you had better hurry up and get down to the store as they don?t last forever, I notice when it comes to the end of the week there is hardly any offers in the store. Throughout the week here the offers are mostly always stocked up on the shelves. The offers are either down in price or buy one get one free, and there is a limit per person you are only allowed 3 offers.

*~*~*CHECKOUTS*~*~*

There are many checkouts with actually cashiers on them, unlike some supermarkets they have many checkouts but no one on them. If there are not many people in the store then there isn?t any need to open more then you need to, until it becomes busy then there are more being opened to stop any queues forming. If the shop becomes very busy E.G Christmas time then there is nothing you can do with the queues. There as been times when on each checkout where there as been queues formed, but this doesn?t mean that there wasn?t enough people on them, just meant the shop was busy. Makes a change that the staff actually pulls their weight.

*~*~*PRICES*~*~*

The prices like any other store varies they are up one minute and down the next. As I mentioned there are deals and offers on every week which makes it less on your pocket on things you normally buy at full price. The shop is pretty expensive which is why I
don?t do my full shopping there, and mostly shop for the day to day things and offers.

*~*~*LAST THOUGHTS*~*~*

Since living in Hucknall I have used this store than any other, it as a wide range of variety, the offers and deals they have on is worth the visit also. The shop is spacious which is great for when I have the kids and a trolley lumbering around with me. The staff are helpful, I love shopping here for the day to day things, it feels a breeze shopping here. It is a disappointment to shop in the evenings though as there is never any bread I want, but then I guess that is what you get for shopping in the evening, but then there is sometimes I cant shop until evenings. But I have found when I have shopped in the evening else where for bread I can never seem to find any and have to settle for the shops own brand.

Thank you all for reading, take care Lisa xxx

If Morrisons get to buy it you wont have to suffer high prices for much longer.
