Advantages: good loyalty points and offers

Disadvantages: Normally spend to much as so much tempts.

Sainsburys is a nation wide supermarket chain, which I have found to have a very wide choice of products with an especially good selection of Fresh fruit and vege.

The store produces an excellent magazine which costs only £1 and is more in the style of an upmarket monthly than the glorified adverts that other supermarkets pass as magazines (but give free).

I have always found The staff to be very friendly and helpful no matter which store I have visited.

General prices are in line with the other supermarkets, but they do have great offers each week, with many Buy one get one free deals and other money off offers.
It is also very easy to amass loads of points at Sainsburys, often getting 50 to 100 points on very cheep items ( some customers have been known to buy hundreds of one item just for the points). The points can be spent in store, at a variety of partner businesses or converted to airmiles.
